Hi! I’m Allison May. I teach health without deprivation, write about all things sugar, and believe that we all have the innate power to heal, flourish, and create the reality of our dreams.

I spent the majority of my life unknowingly addicted to sugar (and flour). I was so “passionate” about my white powder poisons that I nearly made a career out of them by opening a bakery. I finally broke free from the physical and emotional sugar cravings that kept me unhealthy, and now I help other women do the same. I am so passionate about sharing all the possibilities that open up for our lives when we fuel our bodies for health, energy, and emotional fulfillment.
